At BlueForce Staffing we take a different approach to the staffing industry.  We feel that we have two separate sets of clients.  One is the healthcare service provider that we contract to provide services.  The other is the Professional Healthcare Worker we place on assignment.

Before you begin applying with BlueForce we ask you to take a moment to call or email us.  You can reach a recruiter at any agency but at BlueForce Staffing you are assigned a Service Representative.  Your Service Representative will assist you at all times and will facilitate your entry into BlueForce Staffing.

At BlueForce Staffing we realize that your schedule is not 8 to 5 Monday thru Friday.  The healthcare industry encompasses a wide variety of schedules so we remain available 24/7 to provide services to all our clients.
